Humanity is crossing a threshold.

Resist the urge to harden your heart.

Healing asks for patience.

Allow silence to become your teacher.
Protect your awareness from energies that thrive on division. Whether through fear, conflict, manipulation, or the constant demand to choose opposing sides, lower states of consciousness seek separation.
Do not contribute to them.
Stand firmly in your truth without abandoning compassion.
Strength does not require aggression.

The Earth herself is undergoing change. Many traditions speak of increasing electromagnetic activity and the profound relationship between human consciousness and the natural world. Whether understood spiritually or symbolically, this period invites us to become more deeply aligned with nature and with ourselves.
