September feels different.
After all the chaos, confusion, emotional shifts and endings of the past few months, there is a sense of resetting the energy.
Not necessarily that everything outside you has suddenly become clear.
But something inside is becoming more grounded.
For some of you, you may know exactly what you need to do.
For others, you may still feel blurry… unsure… just living one day at a time and allowing yourself to evolve.
Both are okay.
We are all making way for the new.
The new creational energy.
And this month, one of the biggest things I feel we are being asked to do is:
Take our energy back.
THE ENERGY THAT IS NOT YOU
There is an energy that can sit within you, that almost duplicates you.
It thinks like you.
It reacts like you.
It speaks like you.
It feels so much like you that you begin to believe:
“This is me.”
But it isn’t necessarily you.
Think of jealousy.
You may genuinely love someone, but when jealousy takes over, your mind starts creating stories, doubts and suspicions that weren’t there before.
OR
Think of overthinking.
One thought enters your mind, then another, then another—until you are completely consumed by a story that may not even be true.
But there is something consuming them.
The same can happen emotionally.
There can be a parasitic pattern that feeds on your emotional energy.
It feeds on frustration.
Rage.
Fear.
Anxiety.
Resentment.
Hate.
Judgement.
Depressing thoughts.
And the more you give your attention to these thoughts, the more energy you give the pattern.
You are feeding it.
Not because you are bad.
Not because you are weak.
But because you are unconscious of where your energy is going.
DE-ADDICTION IS CONSCIOUSNESS
So the de-addiction program is very simple.
Become conscious of your thoughts.
Catch yourself.
What are you thinking about?
What are you repeatedly talking about?
What are you replaying?
Where is your emotional energy going?
If you are sitting and thinking hateful, resentful or judgemental thoughts for hours, you are not just thinking.
You are consuming.
And something is consuming you back.
So I choose differently.
I choose to feel life.
I don’t want to feel this parasitic energy.
I don’t want to keep feeding something that drains me.
So I become conscious.
And when I feel weak in my energy, I don’t attack myself for being weak.
I put my attention there.
I ask:
What needs strengthening in me?
Ask your Guide.
Ask the Creator.
Ask Reiki.
Give Reiki to your solar plexus.
Give Reiki to your heart.
Visualise these two centres becoming stronger.
Because when your emotional energy is being attacked, you have to consciously redirect that energy.
Go for a walk.
Sing.
Dance.
Write.
Paint.
Make something.
Create something.
Creativity transmutes energy.
Don’t underestimate it.
Sometimes the energy that would have become anger can become a painting.
The energy that would have become resentment can become music.
The energy that would have become anxiety can become movement.
Move the energy.
WILLPOWER HAS TO BE PRACTISED
Your brain is a muscle.
And so is your will.
You cannot say, “I don’t have willpower.”
You have to exercise it.
Practice it.
Hone it.
Start with something ridiculously simple.
Wake up without checking your phone for the first 20 minutes.
Or
Drink a glass of water as soon as you wake up.
And do it for 28 days.
One Moon cycle.
Not because not checking your phone or drinking a glass of water is going to transform your life.
But because repetition changes you.
You are teaching yourself:
I said I would do this, and I did it.
Again.
Again.
Again.
And slowly, something shifts.
You become someone who can trust your own word.
That is power.
WHERE ARE YOU GIVING YOUR POWER AWAY?
People who constantly give their power away are often living in unconscious consumption.
They are waiting for someone else to make them feel okay.
Someone else to validate them.
Someone else to change.
Someone else to rescue them.
And slowly, you lose your direct connection with Source.
You feel like a caged animal.
You are functioning.
You are talking.
You are working.
You are doing everything you are supposed to do.
But inside, you are sleepwalking.
That is not alignment with Source.
Alignment is not about being happy all the time.
It is about being conscious.
Conscious of your thoughts.
Conscious of your choices.
Conscious of where you put your energy.
GRATITUDE IS A RESET
And one of the simplest ways to shift your vibration this month is:
Gratitude.
Not fake gratitude.
Not:
“Everything is amazing!”
when you are actually falling apart.
Real gratitude.
Look around you.
Find the ordinary things.
Your breath.
Your body.
Your morning tea.
The sun.
A person who smiled at you.
A meal.
A tree.
A conversation.
Your ability to wake up and experience another day.
Gratitude puts you into a vibration of openness.
And when you become open, kindness comes.
Compassion comes.
Unconditional love becomes easier.
And something beautiful happens—
creativity opens.
You stop constantly looking for what is missing.
You start noticing what is already here.
Gratitude creates a certain magnetism.
It brings you into the present.
And perhaps this is exactly what we need after a year that has felt so chaotic.
A little relief.
A little grounding.
A little:
“Okay. I am here.”
LESS PAST. MORE NOW.
This month, watch yourself.
Every day ask:
How much am I thinking about the past?
And then:
How much am I actually experiencing the present?
You don’t have to erase your past.
You don’t have to pretend it didn’t happen.
But perhaps you can stop living there.
The past is useful for understanding.
It is not necessarily where your energy needs to remain.
Every time you catch yourself going back there—
come back.
To your breath.
To your body.
To this moment.
To life.
YOUR BODY IS CHANGING TOO
You may feel more sensitive physically and through your senses.
Things you were comfortable with earlier may suddenly not feel the same.
A food you loved may suddenly not agree with you.
Something you have eaten for years may suddenly feel different.
Listen.
Don’t immediately fight it.
Our bodies are constantly changing and responding.
Whether you experience this as an energetic upgrade, a physical shift, or simply becoming more aware of your body, the invitation is the same:
Listen to yourself.
Maybe you are being asked to let go of an old pattern.
Maybe something that once worked for you doesn’t anymore.
Don’t be stubborn about it.
And please—
don’t be harsh with yourself.
We are not machines.
Growth is not linear.
It is like dance steps – cha-cha-cha.
Two steps forward.
Half a step back.
And then you move again.
Don’t take one bad day and create a whole story about yourself.
Don’t go into a shame spiral.
Come back.
LET YOUR HEART STAY SOFT
Relationships may change too.
Some conversations may unsettle your heart.
Some may unsettle your stomach.
Some relationships may deepen.
Some may change.
Some may simply complete their purpose.
Allow it.
You don’t have to turn bitter because something didn’t go the way you wanted.
You can say:
“I choose to have a loving heart.”
That doesn’t mean you tolerate everything.
It doesn’t mean you don’t have boundaries.
It simply means:
I don’t want someone else’s behaviour to decide the quality of my heart.
That is another way of taking your power back.
SEPTEMBER IS ABOUT MOMENTUM
So this month, reset.
Reset your energy.
Reset your habits.
Reset your patterns.
Reset your relationship with yourself.
You don’t have to know the entire path.
Some of you will know exactly what you need to change.
Some of you will have no idea.
Some of you will simply be living, observing, evolving.
All of it is okay.
We are making way for something new.
And perhaps the real shift isn’t about becoming someone completely different.
Perhaps it is about removing everything that is not you.
The resentment.
The judgement.
The fear.
The old stories.
The compulsive reactions.
The need to keep revisiting the past.
The unconscious patterns.
The energy that keeps consuming you.
And underneath all of that—
there you are.
The real you.
Still connected.
Still creating.
Still capable of love.
Still capable of choosing.
Still connected to Source.
So this September, whenever you catch yourself slipping into an old pattern, don’t fight yourself.
Just become conscious.
Pause.
Breathe.
And say:
“Is this me?”
If it isn’t—
don’t feed it.
Choose life instead.
Choose presence.
Choose gratitude.
Choose creation.
Choose your body.
Choose your heart.
Choose your will.
Choose your connection with Source.
Choose you.
And let this be the intention for September:
Let my life be an act of gratitude.
Love & Light.
