What’s Your Intention?
Intention is like the germination of a seed.
There are two core types of intentions: positive intention and fear-based intention.
1) Positive intention brings closeness, excitement and happiness. It creates alignment between your body and soul.
2) Fear-based intention creates distance, frustration, and anxiety—as if life is slipping away out of your control.
Every moment starts out neutral. Your intention is what gives that moment its flavor.
Ask yourself:
What do I want to make of this moment?
What flavor do I want my inner world to carry?
Now let’s Try an Exercise
As you go about your day today, pause during your everyday activities. For each activity you do (aim for 12–15), jot down:
1. What you’re doing.
2. Your intention behind itm
3. The flavor of that intention—was it positive or fear-based?
You might be surprised by what you find. This isn’t about overthinking or explaining. Don’t try to justify. Just feel it. Let the flavor speak for itself. That flavor is your intention.
And remember:
It’s okay if some intentions are negative.
What matters is becoming aware—seeing if you can consciously choose a positive one instead. When you bring awareness, accountability, and your free will into play, you begin to see just how powerful you really are.
Every moment is neutral. You get to choose what it becomes.

True….true…
Every moment is plain white canvas infront of you…. whichever colour you paint is upto you….
It’s going to be your own creation displaying your own colours…..
You are the creator of your own destiny
Be enlightened.🎊
