When people learn self-awareness instead of control, they begin to regulate themselves. Detach. Observe your circumstances without getting pulled in. As you witness instead of react, your heart opens. Old energies rise not to control or manifest from force, but to be seen, shared, and transformed in unity.

March brings new beginnings. You may feel your physical body more deeply—the way a breeze moves across your skin, the rhythm within it, even the coolness. Your senses refine. Hearing shifts. Higher frequencies become easier to tolerate.

As you ground yourself, your heart opens in ways it hasn’t before. Doors once closed by fear—perhaps for lifetimes—begin to unlock. The more you stand in who you truly are, and who you are here to become, the wider your heart expands. As you open, you’ll see others revealing their true nature too.
