Mahashivaratri

Maunaṁ Śivasya Bhāṣā

In the hush of Shiva’s gaze,
silence blooms as sacred tongue.
Maunaṁ śivasya bhāṣā,
whisper of the absolute,
Dhyan’s soundless throne. No words cascade from his lips,
yet truth cascades like Ganga’s fall:
beyond the veil of chatter,
where language crumbles to dust.

The self-realized Guru imparts,
not in verse, but in the void—
to worthy souls, transmission pure.
Silence, not mere emptiness,
but the mind’s gentle unraveling,
thoughts dissolving like mist at dawn.
In this calm, inner peace awakens,
a river still, reflecting stars.

Practice it as Mauna’s vow,
like meditation’s steady breath—
an ascent to Para’s realm,
ultimate divine, where expression merges
with the infinite hum. From Vaikhari’s noisy shore,
Shiva’s wise, compassionate eye
guides the soul’s eternal trek:
through silence, to self-realization’s peak.

Om Namah Shivaiy

Love & Light.
