Energy Update – February/March 2026

Strain between people and authority structures is more apparent and many feel driven to speak openly, which may spark strong reactions.

This time highlights the importance of nervous system care. Stop placing yourself last—your well-being matters as much as supporting others. Use grounding practices like hugging to beloveds, pet company nature, music, or gentle movement. Return often to what brings you calm.

As awareness expands, these months may feel intense or unstable. By April, the energy lightens. Deep change is unfolding, guided by a conscious awakening force. Compassion is essential. Offer patience to yourself and others, especially during emotional shifts. Your presence alone can be supportive.

Division may appear louder, but it’s not the deeper truth. Release old stories that no longer resonate and follow what feels loving and peaceful. Listen without judgment.

New ways of living are emerging. Feeling out of sync is okay—you’re creating a new path. Choose what feels light and aligned. The body anchors higher awareness during this shift. Fear no longer serves—notice if it’s simply a habit.

As planetary energy shifts, altered states of awareness and physical sensations such as:
* Fatigue
* Severe headaches
* Tension/ anxiety/ stress
* Flu like feelings
* Breathlessness, heavy breaths, asthama
* Knee pain, joints pain
* Nerve sensations
* Neck and shoulder tightness may arise.
* Be gentle with yourself.
