● Gather the momentum of the thrilling intention by staying in a space of gratitude.
● Hold onto the feeling of the thrill/excitement and note that the body is living in the future and is excited.

This is when ‘miracles’ happen.

3. Let go
● Detach.
● Release the thrill.
● Don’t over analyze it.
● Let go of the obsession to control the outcome.
● Don’t personalise it anymore – stop attaching your self worth to the outcome.
