Time flies very fast when we r happy ,the same time goes very slow when we r in bad time, I wanted to share my experience here. Just a year back my jiju met with an accident and was in the icu we were literally blank, the day after I just shared my feelings on a group where I got lot of hope and encouragement to take up reiki healing. I also noted a strong voice telling I’m there , that the voice of the healer. Disha is into Reiki and other alternative therapies for more than 2 decades, more then that we also heard from others about the reiki experience and healings from Disha and made us believe the truth. As said earlier i love reiki more and more each passing day. It is giving me new experiences every single day just like life keeps on keeping us new experiences every time we meet new people, new places… the list is endless..

Reiki is beautiful..The moment was really priceless when i came to know reiki..These 21 days were not the same. Everyday i came up with something new, like life giving us new treatment each passing moment. sometimes i used too feel very restless, and sometimes very relax. sometimes i used to feel very sleepy and sometimes numb. Sometimes my head even used to spin and the very next moment i used to enjoy it… the whole day i used to think its may be because i am not doing in the right way. then i came to know that its the energy fluctuation which is playing with our emotions to make it feel like we are born again.

It was 8th, Aug 2016, and I was dull and fed up with life hearing everyone’s advices what to do and what not to do. I am currently on psychiatric treatment and was getting all nonsensical thoughts about my medication dose would increase and my family will have to suffer because of me, suicidal thoughts and what not.

I have been getting this horrible, sick and sulking feeling of uneasiness since almost 16 years, confusing thoughts, thoughts about morality, guilt trips had killed me, and have been to various places, some said she has been possessed by some spirit, some said people are jealous (nazar lagti hai), been to so many doctors, did yoga, walks, because of the medication I take, so many physical issues and the list goes on.

And then I got in touch with Dr (AM) Disha through one of my cousin, spoke to her and told her my entire life story. That time when I spoke to her, she understood what I am going through and started giving me healing from that evening, my stomach was very bad at that time, food was not getting digested, had lost 5 kgs and this continuous horrible feeling, fear, felt like body shrinking all the time.

And if you see me today, I am a different person, I don’t say I am completely recovered, because the mind has been used to a pattern for years, I still get same thoughts, I still have fear, but I am able to let it go or if the fear arises I allow it to be there, my stomach gets affected and I say “Its Ok”, don’t fight with it, don’t resist it. I had not gone to work for almost a week, started going to office, on the fifth day of the healing I went to my aunt’s place to stay for 2 days, went to a south Indian place to eat and had a good time. I am able to eat now, put on 1.5 kgs. Also had been to the psychiatrist yesterday and I got the best news ever !!! He told me reduce the medication to HALF after a month!!!!:):):):) The uneasiness has gone down to a large extent. I do follow the simple routine everyday without fail. I am able to work with concentration and its so wonderful to see all this happening in a span of 10-12 days. I have started loving myself for who I am, have started accepting myself, respecting myself which I had never ever done. I am a wonderful creation by God, I am so proud of myself !!! I thank God, I got in touch with Disha, I have this COMPLETE faith in the Universe that everything is working for me.

Reiki wasn’t a new concept for me — I’ve known people who practise it but never thought of doing it myself. However, things changed recently. I got interested in it but wanted to understand Reiki properly and get my doubts cleared before I got attuned. So I got in touch with Disha and asked her if we could speak before I made up my mind.

 

And did we chat! The conversation went on for over an hour, all my doubts got clarified and I finally knew what I was getting into. Since then, Disha’s hand holding is the one thing that has remained constant. Whether it’s queries, advice or encouragement, she has only been a message or phone call away. This has also made a lot of difference to my learning curve.

Disha has been a blessing to our family and friends who have been taking Reiki from her. I first heard about Disha from my younger sister who took Reiki from her for our family issues. 

My father and my elder sister were not on talking terms for the last eight years. We tried everything to get them back together but nothing worked. We eventually gave up hope and told ourselves that this will be the story for the rest of our lives.

To express the changes Reiki has brought about in my life, I have to first go all the way back and force myself to remember how bad my days were before Reiki.

I used to sink back into depression always, though there was practically no reason for feeling sad. I was not only depressed when things went wrong, but was depressed even when everything was fine. I used to have a lot of nightmares, disturbed sleep and I always felt a very scary presence of a black figure around me, wherever I go.

I tried everything – counseling, spirituality, past life therapy etc., But though I did feel OK for sometime, the negative feelings used to recur after few days.

When life led me to Reiki healing and when Disha explained the reason for my troubles, it hit the Bull’s eye! I finally found found the perfect solution for my problems. Of course, it was not a easy journey for both of us – Disha & myself. I kept disturbing Disha any time of the day/night & she used to patiently console me. Many a time I have felt like giving up for good. But, if there’s one decision I would never regret or give up on, it’s Reiki!

Now all my past issue seems so distant and I can actually laugh about it! Things which were a phobia can now be handled like a piece of cake.

Practically speaking, nothing has changed except myself. But this change was all that was needed, all these days. All I knew about Reiki before taking healing was its a mode of balancing mind and energy points that exist in human body,little did I know that it can cure pain too,I read the testimonials here and was convinced its going to help me. I was looking to find a cure for my migraine and I started to take healing from Disha ,I dont know her methods practice etc but I am certain its helping ,its working for me every moment.

I have been sufferign from migraine > 5years ,somedays I get through with painkillers etc and some days I would be hospitalised.We all go through ups and downs in life but as years passed by I was finding it hard to deal with rejections in my education, career and personal relationship , this became a habbit and my mind starts racing even with a slightest trigger causing me painful migraine with nausea. I have been suffering from anxiety and panic disorder from 2013. It all began during my treatment for infertility.it was a Long and painful treatment procedure to be endured.i had slowly started relying on anti stress medications though against my wishes.Then one day I got to know about Disha maam from one of my close friend.having full faith in disha maam , reiki and customised module based on my needs, I went ahead with the healing since last one month. I am Chandana and am from Mumbai. My experience with Disha ji as a healer  has been amazing. We have not met and got connected to each other probably a week back and this was regarding reiki healing  and animal communication for my ailing cat who was also getting other medical treatment. Fortunately I got
Introduced to her by an associate of mine and her student.
Any way cutting it short so I contacted Dishaji as I was in despair and really did not know what to do and spoke to her about the ailment my cat was going thru.

Dishaji and her associate immediately connected with whiskey (my cat) and the first thing whiskey complained to her was that we named her wrongly she should have been named princess. Having complete faith in this practice I kept percuing for more information about princess (whiskey)

Dishaji not once got annoyed or even slightly irritable kept working on Princess 24/ 7 and healing her. In the meanwhile princess was taken to a hospital and she was diagnosed with total renal failure, liver failure,high phosphorus and ammonia levels with no sugar production in her body. She had stopped eating or drinking water and was miserable this is the time when Dishaji connected with her again and Princess told her that she was ready to eat and take any kind of treatment also she was continuously healing Princess because if it had not been for her healing she would have been probably in a much worse state.

In the hospital princess was given antibiotics she was given food and water but her body refused to take anything as her inside was only ulcers.We took her to the hospital for two days that is till yesterday but of no use, all that was told to us is that we should put her to sleep.This was terrible for us, though Princess being a cat but still was a living being and the doctors were forcing us to put her to sleep. Both me and my husband were very disturbed and could not sleep the whole night as firstly we had an oxygen machine at home for her to be able to breath so we had to be awake because this could not be fixed to her mouth and just be kept next to the nose and secondly we were just not ready to put her to sleep it seemed so inhuman.

In this despair I sent a message to Dishaji about what the doctors were saying and we wanted to know how Princess felt about and not to forget Princess was in pain but her agony had been brought down due to the continuous healing Dishaji was giving her.
This morning Dishaji again connected with her and Princess told her that she was in a lot of pain she wanted to go but the lady of the house (princess would call me by that name always when talking to Dishaji) was not ready to let go off her and she will not be able to leave the body until I gave her permission, she also spoke about her purpose of coming in our lives and that she was not able to complete it in her present body as she was in no condition. Would come back to us in another form complete her job. She also spoke about her connections with my husband in their previous lives.

I was amazed listening to all this as what Dishaji was telling about the atmosphere of my house was absolutely true and naturally I had not discussed any of these things with her as I had gone to her only for my cats treatment.

All this while Dishaji kept healing Princess because princess did not want to go to the hospital as she told Dishaji but still she was very active in her brain and was understanding everything not as the doctors had told us that she had slipped into coma.Finally Dishaji ji convinced me and I went and spoke to Princess I kept convincing her that I would be okay till the time she comes back to us I guess I was able to convince her and just as Princess was leaving her body I got a message from Dishaji that she had healed her again and she was ready to move on I gave her a few drops of water and she within 2 to 3 minutes left her body. The transition was smooth

I completely pay my gratitude to Dishaji and her healer for making my and Princess’s life so easy and Princess would have had a real painful death if it was not for the healing she got from Dishaji, knowing her condition and her organs failing one by one.

I started taking distant reiki for my sister 2 weeks back so that she looks at life from positive perspective.

Within 2 weeks, other issues started coming out. I am going through a tough phase in my life . It’s a very personal issue.  Going through worst kind of marital torture and abuse from my wife. Kids were involved too so I was very down and upset with life when I found Disha.

She is a true friend and guide. She not only started healing 24/7 but at the same time analysed the situation as a psychologist a and made me calm. She explained the situation to me which gave me a lot of clarity. Today I am slowly coming out of my depression.

Also she stood there for me when I was appearing for a tough Phd exam abroad recently. I had to stay focussed and disconnect from negative distractions. With the grace of God and Disha healing  I passed with flying colors.

My 10th grade boards recently got over. A couple of weeks back, i was busy stressing about my exams, not able to concentrate, not able to eat anything. That was when my mom suggested reiki healing. I had no idea what it was and was unwilling to try something so new. Soon, i caught onto the idea and asked my mom to move forward with the healing. After all with whatever research I did, there were no harm in reiki healing.

At first, I didn’t feel any change and thought it wasn’t helping me at all. But gradually I started realising that I had stopped shouting at my family, I had stopped taking out my exam stress and crankiness on them. I had begun to feel lighter and definitely happier. I managed to stay up every night and wake up early without being as sleep deprived as I usually would be. My appetite, which had noticeably decreased, returned to its previous level. These are the changes I felt I had benefited from. My family added on some points, saying that I had a rosy glow to my skin which had dulled in the past few weeks.

Of course, the healing didn’t change the fact that I had to study and work hard to do well in my exams but it made the process much easier for me.

I’m really grateful to Disha who aided me during this period of turmoil. This experience of energy based healing has also opened me up to different types of therapies that I hope to try in the future.

A beautiful blissful soothing experience witnessed by me

I am Dr Radhika Nayak from Hubli and recently in September 2017 I lost my young son age 34 and married for 18 months. He was very brilliant generous student of USA university doing PhD. It was devastating for me and couldn’t take it. Days passed in grieving and thinking about single thought ‘ Why this happened to me and my son and one bright future is ruined ‘

As I am disciple of Great Guru swami Paramahansa Yogananda I got a message that I can communicate with my son if I do regular intense meditation. I followed instructions not knowing how it will happen .

Suddenly one fine day my close friend mentioned about great healer Dr Disha  I understood the meaning of message sent by my Guru. Not knowing what is in store I went ahead and contacted her. What and how to do was her choice and no suggestions from my side. She felt I need energy communication which was exactly in accordance with Gurus wish.

After this my pain is reduced and I feel his presence every now and then. I get support on many decisions so I know that he is with me.

I feel this is a must experience for a grieving person

My son started talking at the age of 2.5 but we noticed he used to talk only to us not to any others (apart from family members). He was happy playing alone, didn’t like to make eye contact and often in loss of words,hyperactive and aggressive bouts were pretty common . My major concern was that he never sat for one whole class period, would getup and randomly walk around every 10 minutes ( which disturbed the whole class)
He was at that time considered to be a child with borderline autism spectrum.

On consulting doctor s they suggested therapies
Occupational
Motor
Speech n language therapy
Even after 8 months there was very less or sometimes next to nil results.

Then I came to know about Dr. Disha who suggested non evasive reiki.

We started reiki in April 2016.

She was very helpful and accomodating and no matter what time starting from his health issues for all his other concerns she was there when I needed ( for both me and my son ) She would tell me how my child felt from within and also told me how to handle him.The results were nearly instant. I felt I could handle my child better now. Inbetween somewhere I started to feel depressed, developed anxiety issues nd thought nothing can be done to help my child, Disha was by my side and helped / motivated me handle the situation. The clarity, direction nd the positive results were consistent.

By Feb/March 2017 my son was supposed to attend an entrance exam for his 1st Grade. Though I was very nervous as I didnt want people to label him and put him to a special school. Disha worked non stop to check his energy. We ( Disha and me) worked in the style his energy worked and surprisingly he was selected in the first school itself.

Now he is confident. He does eye contact
He loves to talk to everyone ( he won’t hide when some guests comes)
He sits in his class very rarely roams.

We soon stopped healing (April 2017) as the difficult phase has passed.

Its been a year since then.He has only improved.I know what he wants and I can handle it confidently. My family life has improved and this year he has done very well. Most of the times its A or A+. As soon as I got his results the first person I thought was of Disha. She knows my pain, struggle and now my happiness.
